Great location, easily accessible by public transport and walking distance from key landmarks. the facilities in the room were modern and comfortable. the breakfast offerings had a decent variety and were quite tasty.

The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, making for an unpleasant stay. the noise level from outside the hotel was quite high and disrupted sleep.

Had an amazing Xmas vacation at this hotel! The breakfast and dinner were both delicious and diverse. , the hotel is located near all of the must-see attractions at a walking distance, which was a huge plus! the staff was very kind and accommodating.

The hotel could definitely improve in terms of cleanliness. There were some stains on the bedding that were a bit off-putting.
